Bae exposes Mukul Sawla in front of the world. Her video goes viral on social media and Mukul goes into panic mode.

He asks Satyajit to spin the scandal and save him somehow.

In the following blog, I will explain the ending of Call Me Bae, along with a detailed explanation of its final episode. So, keep reading.

Call Me Bae Ending Explained and Episode 8 Recap

Bae and her friends enjoy their success in bringing Sawla’s acts to light. All the media, social media, and even the general public are talking about the same.

Neel brings the booze and pizzas to their flat and while they are at the dining table, Bae receives a follow request from Agastya.

She follows him back, too. Things seem to be easing between the duo. However, she hides it from Neel and others.

Soon, Bae starts receiving messages on Instagram from unknown women who call themselves victims of sexual harassment at the hands of Sawla.

Several stories come to her in the form of messages, but Bae is unsure of how she can prove that they are more than just accusations.

On the other hand, TRP news is the only channel taking the side of Mukul Sawla. When reporters barge outside Sawla’s home, he makes an appearance with his wife, Mitali.

She tells the media that all the allegations are simply accusations and that she has full faith in her husband.

The lady also cries in front of National television.

After the press bite is over, Mukul calls Satyajit and sternly says that if he goes down, Satyajit will go down, too.

The next morning, Prince offers help to Bae.

Given his tech background, he says if he can somehow enter her office, and get to Satyajit’s computer, he can copy all the data and find out about the emails coming from Centaurus’ ID.

However, it is impossible to sneak him inside, says Tammarah. Prince then gives them a pen drive with his new program.

All the girls have to do is insert the pen drive inside Satyajit’s computer and follow his instructions on call.

At the office, while Bae keeps Harleen busy, Tammarah quietly goes into Satyajit’s room and follows Prince’s instructions.

At their regular meeting, Satyajit tries to convince his colleagues to support Mukul. But most don’t agree, resulting in a stalemate.

Harleen then proposes an idea. Since the 100th episode of The Confessional is on the cards, she suggests they invite both Bae and Mukul for a live faceoff, moderated by Satyajit.

Everyone welcomes the idea, with Satyajit being the most excited.

The data from Satyajit’s computer reveals some shocking details. It has personal details about celebrities, common women, and even Bae.

From their personal photos to their chats and browsing history, Satyajit has access to everything.

Now, the question for them is, who is Centaurus?

Let me answer that for you.

Who is Centaurus in Call Me Bae?

Centaurus is none other than Mukul Sawla. Since he owns a telecom company and offers free SIM Cards to women, he collects their data and supplies it to Satyajit.

Satyajit, in turn, uses the data to his liking. He calls celebrities to his show and shares their personal information, without their knowledge, with his audience.

All this is possible because of the data supplied by Mukul Sawla. Hence, Satyajit’s entire fandom is Mukul’s doing.

But what does he get in return? A good PR. Satyajit plays only positive news about Mukul to kickstart his political career.

So, Bae accepts the invitation for the face-off and it begins with a bang on national television.

What Happens in the Face-off Between Bae and Mukul?

Well, Bae is not up against Mukul but Satyajit. He asks tough and personal questions only to her while Mukul sits back and enjoys.

Satyajit touches upon Bae’s broken marriage, and her shoplifting incidents, with video footage, and whatnot. He calls her a gold digger, who has a family history of trapping people for money.

By doing so, he tries to diminish her credibility, and thereby reduce her allegations to mere accusations.

His personal attacks soon wane when Bae makes a comeback. She uncovers Mukul’s lies and shares with the whole world how he and Satyajit connived to play with the lives of people.

Bae explains in detail their deal about using the data supplied by Mukul against Satyajit’s guests on his show.

She says Satyajit is equally responsible for Mukul’s actions as he kept silent despite knowing everything.

Bae’s raging words fall like a sharp knife on Satyajit’s ears. He whispers in the mic and asks Harleen to cut to a commercial break.

However, Harleen decides to choose the side of truth and lets the show go on.

With the help of Tammarah, Bae telecasts the video of the data found on Satyajit’s computer. He calls it an invasion of his privacy, which is ironic, to say the least.

In the heat of the moment, Satyajit angrily says on national television that nobody wants the truth and news is not the truth.

He also uses some abusive words before walking out of the show. Soon, Mukul also follows and only Bae remains on the stage.

The audience stands up and gives her a round of applause. Bae’s mother walks up to her and hugs her.

The story takes a possible leap and we are shown snippets of Neel’s show gaining traction for his detailed analysis. His show is moved to the Prime Time slot.

Mitali leaves Mukul.

Satyajit gets fired from TRP News.

Bae’s mother sends Samar to Los Angeles and finally decides to give Bae her due.

At the end of the series, at a party, Neel goes down on one knee and asks Bae to become his correspondent.

They are about to kiss when Agastya comes knocking on the door and he also sits on one knee with a flower in his hand.

Call Me Bae season 1 ends here.

Will there be Call Me Bae Season 2?

It is possible since Ananya Panday is a big name. Plus, the show’s theme is continuous. However, official confirmation is yet to arrive.
